Too often, we want to be the coach, the quarterback and the owner of the team all at once. We want to draw up the plan, set the direction and control the outcome. But leadership looks different when you're running God's playbook. It requires trust, obedience and the humility to follow His lead even when you can’t see the whole field. The truth is, God doesn't call us to understand every play. He calls us to execute the one He’s placed in front of us.

Before making decisions, spend time in prayer and reflection. Great leaders don’t just ask, "What do I want?" They ask, "What does God want?"

Sometimes the next step isn’t found in doing more. It’s found in slowing down enough to hear His voice. Leaders who listen well lead well.

🤝 Trust the assignment
Not every role comes with applause. Some plays involve serving, supporting and developing others. Be faithful to the position God has placed you in.

💡 Lead with purpose, not ego
God's playbook is never about personal glory. It’s about serving others, building people and advancing something bigger than yourself.

🏃 Execute with faith
You may not know how the game ends, but obedience is your responsibility. The outcome belongs to Him.

When leaders follow God's playbook, culture changes, families grow stronger, teams become healthier and communities become better.
