Leaders, let’s be honest...seasons shift fast! One moment we feel steady and the next we’re stretched again, with new goals, new people and new pressure. And all of this begs the question: Do we have the energy to lead the way God would have us lead in 2026?
Honoring God isn’t just about what people see. It starts on the inside with our spirit, our mind and our body. When those areas are depleted, leadership gets heavy and EVERYONE around us feels it. Yes, leaders are called to care for others. But we can’t pour from an empty cup. In this leadership blog, we will learn how to water ourselves, rest, and simply put, not have heads that are so hard nothing can get through.
โ
Because once we have the right mindset, we can get #OnTheMoveAgain in a healthy way!
๐ชCheck our Drivers - Are our habits driven by stress or purpose? When we understand the "why," we can make better choices for ourselves and those we lead.
โ
๐ฅ Fuel with Intention - Each day, get one or two servings of healthy carbs, protein, fats, minerals or vegetables to support energy and focus.
โ
๐งConnect with a community of believers - Hydrate to Lead
โโ
๐ถโ๏ธMove on Purpose - Commit to at least 15 minutes of movement daily to reset our body and mind.
โโ
Remember, discipline is the bridge between belief and action. When leaders take care of themselves, they lead with clarity, patience and strength. Let’s honor God by leading from a healthy inside-out place. That’s how we and those we lead will thrive.
