"I love me some Him"

Love is powerful. Love is generous. Love is a verb. So, when I say #I love me some Him, I’m talking about a love that shapes how I walk, how I speak and even how I lead. It’s a love that should be unforgettable and inseparable from who I am. And if you lead people, THEY should feel your love too. So how do you love the people you lead in a way that shows you love Him?

❤️ Show care before correction
When someone makes a mistake, start with understanding. Ask what happened and what support they need. People can feel when your goal is to help them.

💬 Speak life
Encourage publicly. Correct privately. Use words that lift and guide rather than words that tear down.

🤝 Stand with them
Help when they struggle. Celebrate when they win. Support them even when it costs you time you do not have.

🛡️ Lead with compassion and courage
Tell the truth with kindness. Hold standards with empathy. Protect the dignity of every person you lead.

🎁 Give without keeping score
Share knowledge, opportunities, encouragement, time and resources. Love that expects nothing in return is the kind of love that changes lives.

Because here’s the truth: Real love costs time, comfort and energy. Real love asks you to give when it’s easier to ignore. Real love asks you to lean in when you would rather pull away. But when those you lead feel loved, you gain something far better than compliance. You gain commitment. And not because you demanded it, but because you earned it. Loving Him should make you a better leader in every relationship you hold. So, love through action, lead with heart and intentionally love like HIM! ❤️ 💬 🤝 🛡️ 🎁
